It was in 2021 that C\u00e9dric Bourgat discovered The Yachter and joined the course to take his Captain&#8217;s license. Enthused by the quality of the coaching and his passion for sailing, he bought the company after obtaining his certificate.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 29, 2022, the company changed its status from an Entreprise Individuelle (EI) to a Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 par Actions Simplifi\u00e9e (SAS). The Yachter is now registered under the <strong>French approval number 93132045713.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yachter.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/yachter-cedric-bourgat-mob.png\" alt=\"Cedric Bourgat The Yachter Marseille\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Capt. C\u00c9DRIC BOURGAT <\/strong><br\/>Associate member The Yachter<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a journey guided by the sea<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Passionate about the Sea since childhood, equally at ease under sail or motor, I realized my dream at age 20 of living on my sailboat in Marseille&#8217;s Old Port.<br\/>A regatta sailor at heart, after crossing the Atlantic and exploring the West Indies, my children decided to turn to motor yachting.<br\/>In 2018, I&#8217;m faced with an obstacle: <strong>how do I sail legally as Captain?<\/strong><br\/><br\/>The Captain 200 is not suited to my current professional situation. I couldn&#8217;t commit to a Captain 200 course because of my professional obligations, so I discovered The Yachter and its Master Commercial Yachting 200GT course, which would enable me to work under the French flag. <br\/><br\/>Convinced by the effectiveness of the training, I took over The Yachter with Ga\u00eblle Darmon to <strong>offer future Captains a rigorous and recognized apprenticeship.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yachter.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/the-yachter-capitaine-gaelle-darmon.png\" alt=\"The Yachter Captain Gaelle Darmon\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Capt.
