Nicolas <\/em>: “It was through a friend who advised me to take the Belgian route rather than the French one, which is much more tedious, especially given my age.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicolas<\/em>: “The speed of the course, the simplicity of the training and the European recognition of the certificate obtained.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why choose The Yachter as your Captain?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To work as a Captain and sail for commercial purposes, skippering your own boat (or carrying passengers on another vessel), you need to hold a certificate that complies with the requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two main options for sailors wishing to become Captains<\/strong> and sail under the French flag:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 – Obtain the French Master Commercial Yachting 200 or Master Commercial Yachting 500 (2? years of schooling, expensive training and at least 6 months at sea).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 – Either obtain the Master Commercial Yachting 200 GT<\/a> or Master Commercial Yachting 500 GT<\/a> offered by The Yachter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
