Six pleasure boats destroyed by fire in the Port of Macinaggio on the night of April 5.
The fire broke out at around 3am on a pleasure boat; due to a south-easterly wind, it quickly spread to 6 other boats alongside the quay.
The largest boat measured 18 meters and the others more than 10 meters.
Fortunately, the prevailing south-easterly wind pushed the flames out to sea and not towards the harbor floor where other boats were moored.
