I’m a boat owner. How can I write off the cost of my boat?

After the church bells, the cockerel is a lighthouse that disturbs new arrivals.
14 February 2023A new yacht concept from designer Jozeph Forakis: an invisible superyacht, christened Pegasus, with a silver finish and glass wings that camouflage in the water and reflect the surrounding sky and clouds.
The yacht’s glass “wings” are designed to reflect the clouds and sky.
For the New York-born designer, it wasn’t enough for the superyacht to be visually invisible, he also strove to make its impact on the land as unobtrusive as possible: “It’s as invisible in its design as it is in its environmental impact,” he declared. With the aim of building the yacht by 2030, the 87.78-meter vessel’s integrated hull and superstructure will be 3D printed – minimizing construction waste – and powered by a range of green energy sources.
On-board solar panels would harness the sun’s energy to convert seawater into hydrogen, which would be stored in high-pressure tanks before being converted into electricity by fuel cells, making the boat’s autonomy imperceptibly infinite without producing any greenhouse gas emissions.
