A fishing boat circling the port of Saint Mandrier, docking twenty times in the space of an hour, is intriguing.
These days, training and exams for young people in training for seafaring professions at the IPFM in La Seyne sur Mer, a training center for apprentices in seafaring professions, on the initiative of the Union Régionale des Métiers et de l’Artisanat Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur.
