Matthias has completed The Yachter’s Master 200 GT Captain training.
A lifelong enthusiast of the sea, he is currently training to become a naval engineer. He is putting this training into practice at Monaco Marine in La Ciotat, with a major project he has been spearheading for several months.
He shares with us his experience of the Master 200 GT Captain training course, its benefits for his business and his future career plans.

Matthias: “I have a professional project in collaboration with my school: the design and manufacture of specific tooling to facilitate the maintenance of shaft lines on yachts (60m +). My aim is to combine my technical background as an engineer, to be able to manage a shipyard period, to understand/master and be able to intervene on mechanical systems. And my “sailor” background, navigation. In short, to manage my boat from A to Z.”
